Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support property maintenance, including corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic tasks. The role includes making-ready work under supervision, daily on-site presence, and responding to resident and management requests in a timely way.

The position emphasizes safety, OSHA guidelines, and proper record-keeping of service requests, inspections, and pool chemical logs. A high school diploma and basic computer skills are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in carrying out maintenance processes for the property, including corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders in a timely manner.
• Assist with scheduling and performance of maintenance/repair-related turn events.
• Perform daily upkeep of exterior areas and common spaces, including pool maintenance and chemical logs.
• Maintain preventative maintenance program to extend the life of the community and minimize future repairs.
