Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Eversage Apartments in Spanish Fork, Utah. The role involves corrective, preventive, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance under supervision to ensure property excellence.

You will support make-ready processes, respond to service requests, maintain pool areas, grounds, and safety records, and collaborate with the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager to uphold high resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident and management requests and work orders promptly.
• Perform routine, preventive, emergency and cosmetic maintenance across the property.
• Maintain pool area and chemical logs accurately.
• Assist with make-ready and turnover of units.
• Follow safety rules and OSHA guidelines; participate in on-call emergencies.
