Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Ascent Apartments in Draper, UT. The role supports corrective and preventive maintenance, cosmetic tasks, and make-ready processes under supervision.

The position requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements. Travel to other sites may be required; strong customer service is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Must have basic computer skills and be able to perform on-site software functions.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine, preventative, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance at the community.
• Respond to resident requests and work orders promptly on site.
• Maintain the maintenance shop and coordinate with the Supervisor and Community Manager.
