Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform routine, preventive, and cosmetic maintenance across properties. You will assist with make-readies, respond to requests, and maintain safe, clean common areas under supervision.

Requires on-site availability, basic computer skills, and knowledge of safety standards. The role emphasizes strong resident relations, timely repairs, and adherence to company policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance in community common areas and units.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders in a timely manner.
• Assist with make-ready process and turn events.
• Maintain safety standards and follow OSHA guidelines.
• Provide clean and safe upkeep of exterior areas, pools, and facilities.
• Maintain accurate records of service requests and preventive maintenance.
• Participate in on-call emergencies as needed.
