Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to assist with on-site maintenance, corrective and preventive tasks, and make-ready work across communities. You will respond to resident requests, maintain common areas, pool areas, and safety logs while following OSHA guidelines and Fair Housing laws.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders promptly.
• Perform preventive and cosmetic maintenance and make-ready tasks.
• Maintain pool area and chemical logs.
• Inspect grounds and common areas daily for hazards.
• Keep maintenance records and adhere to safety standards.
