Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to assist in the maintenance and make-ready tasks across the community, under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.

This hands-on role covers corrective, preventive, routine, and emergency maintenance, pool care, safety compliance, and on-call emergencies, with focus on resident satisfaction and property upkeep. Must have a High School Diploma and basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform community and unit maintenance as assigned by supervisor.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders in a timely manner.
• Maintain preventative maintenance program and safety standards.
• Assist with pool maintenance and chemical logs.
• Assist with on-call emergency at the community.
