Job summary

RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep interior and exterior areas of our multifamily properties safe and functional. You will diagnose issues, complete work orders within 24–48 hours, and assist with make-ready inspections to prepare units for new residents.

The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma or GED, 1–3 years of apartment maintenance experience, and proficiency with property management software (Entrata/Yardi/One Site).

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and delivery skills with residents and team members.
• Proficient with basic office software for reporting and documentation.
• Ability to interpret maintenance requests and diagnose issues.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned work orders within 24–48 hours.
• Carry out make-ready process for vacant apartments.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed.
• Inspect and repair building systems and equipment.
• Maintain inventory and proper use of tools and materials.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies.
• Document all work performed and update records.
• Assist in periodic property inspections and reporting.
