Job summary

RangeWater Residential is hiring a Maintenance Technician to keep the inside and exterior of our communities safe, clean, and well‑functioning. You will diagnose issues, perform repairs, and complete make‑ready tasks for new move‑ins while delivering responsive service to residents.

Requires 1–3 years of apartment maintenance, EPA refrigerant certifications, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds (150 with help). Typical schedule is Mon–Fri with some weekend work.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• 1–3 years apartment maintenance experience preferred.
• EPA Type I/II or Universal refrigerant certifications.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds alone and 150 pounds with assistance.
• Flexible schedule including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service requests within 24–48 hours and perform repairs.
• Complete make-ready process for vacant units and prep for leasing.
• Inspect and ensure property safety, cleanliness, and compliance.
• Coordinate with vendors, track inventory, and document work performed.
• Adhere to OSHA safety policies and company procedures.
