Job summary

RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support apartment maintenance and make-ready processes. The role involves diagnosing and repairing issues, performing routine upkeep, and ensuring safety standards are met across our properties.

The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of maintenance experience, a high school diploma or GED, and proficiency with property management software. The position requires flexibility, weekend availability, and the ability to work in

Qualifications

Education: High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
Experience preferred: 1–3 years of apartment maintenance experience or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Completes assigned work orders from resident requests within 24 to 48 hours and performs routine maintenance repairs.
Prepares vacant units for leasing through the make-ready process, including inspections, punch lists, and coordinating vendors.
Supports cost-containment by repairing parts when possible rather than replacing items.
Follows procedures to obtain materials, track inventory, and notify supervisor about re-order needs.
Completes documentation to document and track service requests accurately.
Periodically inspects work by contractors to ensure quality and compliance with standards.
