Job summary

RangeWater Real Estate seeks a Maintenance Technician to service our apartment communities, performing routine and corrective tasks to keep buildings, grounds, and amenities clean, safe, and functioning. You will diagnose issues, complete work orders within 24–48 hours, manage make-ready tasks, and uphold safety and quality standards while coordinating with vendors and supervision.

• Education: High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
• Experience Preferred: 1–3 years of apartment maintenance experience.
• Advanced Skills: Communication and Delivery Skills with ability to connect to people at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders for service within 24 to 48 hours, diagnosing defects and making repairs.
• Completes the make-ready process to prepare vacant units for leasing and move-ins.
• Supports cost-cutting by repairing rather than replacing parts when possible.
• Tracks inventory and notifies the supervisor about re-ordering needs.
• Completes documentation and paperwork for service requests.
