Job summary

RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep inside and external property areas clean, safe, and functional. You will diagnose issues, perform repairs, and support make-ready tasks for leasing.

The role requires attention to safety, ability to work with residents, and cooperation with the maintenance team. Ideal candidates have a High School diploma or GED and 1–3 years of apartment maintenance experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required or equivalent.
• Experience with property management software is preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders within 24–48 hours and perform routine maintenance.
• Complete make-ready process for vacant apartment homes and inspect work.
• Assist in cost-control by repairing instead of replacing parts when possible.
• Track inventory, return unused items, and notify supervisor about re-ordering needs.
• Document service requests accurately for records and tracking.
• Inspect contractor work to ensure quality and compliance with standards.
• Attend safety meetings and follow OSHA-related requirements.
• Interacting with residents professionally and handling inquiries promptly.
• Flag safety or property concerns to management during inspections.
