Job summary

RangeWater Real Estate, LLC is hiring a Maintenance Technician to keep interiors, exteriors, and common areas in top condition. You will diagnose issues, perform repairs, and ensure timely completion of work orders while maintaining safety standards and resident satisfaction.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, EPA refrigeration certifications, and 1–3 years of apartment maintenance experience. Weekend availability and physical work are expected.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
• Experience Preferred: 1-3 years of apartment maintenance experience or equivalent preferred.
• Licenses: Current Valid Driver's License.
• Certifications: EPA Type I and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling, and state/local certifications as required.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders from resident requests within 24–48 hours.
• Completes the make-ready process for vacant apartments prior to leasing.
• Supports cost-cutting by repairing rather than replacing parts when possible.
• Tracks inventory and follows procurement procedures for materials and tools.
• Documents service requests accurately for records and reporting.
• Inspects work performed by contractors to verify quality and compliance.
• Follows safety policies and participates in required safety trainings.
