Job summary

RangeWater Real Estate, LLC is seeking an on-site Maintenance Technician to handle resident service requests and upkeep of properties. You will diagnose issues, complete repairs, and support make-ready tasks for new move-ins across our communities.

Key qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, 1–3 years of apartment maintenance experience, EPA refrigerant certifications, and a valid driver's license. Proficiency with property-management software is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; 1–3 years apartment maintenance experience preferred.
• EPA Type I and II or Universal refrigerant certifications.
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate in a maintenance role.

Responsibilities

• Complete service requests within 24–48 hours and perform routine upkeep per policies and safety rules.
• Execute make-ready tasks to prepare vacant units for leasing, including inspections and vendor coordination.
• Assist in cost-control by repairing rather than replacing parts when feasible.
• Track materials and tools, document work, and report re-order needs to maintenance supervisor.
• Inspect contractor work for quality, safety, and compliance with standards.
