Job summary

RangeWater Residential, LLC is looking for a Maintenance Technician to perform technical and maintenance work ensuring properties meet cleanliness and functionality standards. You will respond to service requests, perform routine upkeep, and document maintenance tasks effectively.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, at least 1-3 years of relevant experience, and the ability to work in varying conditions.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of apartment maintenance experience or equivalent preferred.
• EPA certifications Type I and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling.
• Proficiency in internet and database management programs.

Responsibilities

• Perform technical and mechanical work on property grounds and amenities.
• Complete work orders promptly from resident requests.
• Assist in property inspections for safety and maintenance needs.
