Job summary

JES Holdings (Fairway Management) is seeking skilled maintenance professionals for property upkeep across 250+ communities. You will perform turn work, service requests, and preventive maintenance with a focus on safety and quality.

Strong attention to detail and proactive service are essential. Candidates should have 3+ years in multifamily maintenance, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry and painting, plus familiarity with building systems and inspection prep.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of multifamily, commercial, or hotel maintenance experience.
• Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, basic HVAC, carpentry, appliance repair, painting, and building systems.
• Knowledge of REAC and INSPIRE inspection preparation.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, and HVAC during unit turns, work orders, and preventative maintenance.
• Perform general repairs independently.
• Maintain curb appeal across properties.
• Complete daily resident work orders.
• Be available for on-call after hours.
• Must have applicable maintenance tools.
• Conduct unit make-readies including painting, carpet cleaning, and general cleaning.
• Perform quarterly preventative maintenance checks.
• Assist neighboring properties with maintenance tasks and procure supplies as needed.
• Report to Regional Manager and Maintenance Superintendent for delegated tasks.
• Travel to regional and corporate trainings as required.
• Maintain professional relationships with residents, vendors, and staff.
• Report health and safety concerns on site.
• Work overtime as needed and approved.
• Engage in HUD and LIHTC maintenance training.
