Job summary

JES Holdings, through its Fairway Management division, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to preserve and repair our apartment communities. You will perform unit turns, respond to work orders, and address repairs to plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and other building systems.

The role requires punctual, proactive professionals who can manage time, work independently, and coordinate with residents and vendors. Must be able to lift 55 lbs and work in all weather, sometimes requiring after-hours

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of maintenance experience in multifamily, commercial, or hotel settings.
• Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, basic HVAC, carpentry, appliance repair, painting, and building systems.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, HVAC during unit turns and preventive maintenance.
• Perform general repairs independently.
• Maintain curb appeal and property appearance.
• Complete daily resident work orders and respond to requests.
• Be available for after-hours on-call as needed.
• Travel to regional trainings and conferences as required.
