Job summary

JES Holdings, Fairway Management, is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to service our 250+ apartment communities in the affordable housing sector. You will perform unit turns, respond to work orders, and conduct preventive maintenance with a focus on safety and quality.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in multifamily or related maintenance, with strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repair, plus familiarity with REAC and INSPIRE inspections.

Qualifications

• Experience in multifamily, commercial, or hotel maintenance.
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, basic HVAC, carpentry, appliance repair, and building systems.
• Familiarity with REAC and INSPIRE inspection preparation.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, HVAC as part of unit turns and PMs.
• Perform general repairs independently and maintain curb appeal.
• Complete daily resident work orders and on-call duties after hours.
• Assist with supplies, travel to regional training if needed.
• Ensure units are ready on time with cleaning and maintenance tasks.
