Job summary

Fairway Management, a division of JES Holdings, manages 250+ properties and is seeking a maintenance professional. You will perform unit turns, repairs, and preventative maintenance to ensure quality housing for residents.

The role requires punctual, professional, and proactive staff with strong time management and attention to detail. Applicants should have 3+ years of multifamily or related maintenance experience, with knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and building systems.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or the equivalent.
• 3+ years of multifamily, commercial, or hotel maintenance experience.
• Working knowledge in plumbing, electrical, basic HVAC, carpentry, appliance repair, painting, and building operating systems.
• Knowledge of REAC and INSPIRE inspection preparation.

Responsibilities

• Regularly troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, HVAC during unit turns and preventive maintenance.
• Perform general repairs independently.
• Maintain curb appeal and complete daily resident work orders.
• Be available for on-call after hours.
• Coordinate with area vendors for supplies while operating a licensed and insured vehicle.
• Attend regional and corporate training and conferences.
• Report health and safety concerns to the manager.
• Assist neighboring properties in maintenance tasks.
• Train in HVAC and safety programs and HUD/LIHTC maintenance standards.
