Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician to address apartment and property maintenance duties, ensuring the highest standards of customer service and curb appeal for our communities.

You will perform repairs across electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, HVAC, and grounds while maintaining safety, quality, and timely completion of work orders. A valid driver’s license and the ability to read and follow instructions are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of experience in the property management industry or related field.
• Possess general maintenance and general carpentry skills.

Responsibilities

• Address apartment and property maintenance duties as directed by the maintenance supervisor or property manager.
• Perform a variety of repairs including electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, HVAC, and grounds maintenance.
