Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least one year of experience in property management or related field.
• General maintenance and carpentry skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical, plumbing, appliance, carpentry, HVAC repairs.
• Maintain curb appeal and high standards of customer service.
• Inspect property grounds, buildings and common areas for safety and care.
• Assist with emergencies and after-hours maintenance as needed.
