Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician to address apartment and property maintenance duties and uphold high standards of service and curb appeal at the assigned property.

You will perform repairs across electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, HVAC and grounds, maintain work orders, and promptly communicate with leadership. The role requires safety awareness and a customer-focused approach to residents and team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least one year of experience in property management or related field.
• General maintenance and carpentry skills.

Responsibilities

• Address a range of apartment and property maintenance duties as specified by the maintenance supervisor.
• Perform repairs to electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, HVAC, grounds.
• Maintain work order system and ensure resident satisfaction.
• Inspect property grounds and common areas for safety and cleanliness.
• Assist with emergencies and after-hours maintenance as needed.
