Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician to address apartment and property maintenance duties under the supervision of the maintenance supervisor or property manager. The role emphasizes customer service and curb appeal at the assigned property.

Responsibilities include electrical, plumbing, appliance, carpentry work, preventative maintenance, and safety compliance. Strong communication with leadership and residents is essential, with on-call duties as required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least one year of experience in property management or related field.
• General maintenance and carpentry skills.

Responsibilities

• Address apartment and property maintenance duties as directed by maintenance supervisor or property manager.
• Repair electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, HVAC and grounds maintenance as required.
• Maintain work order system and ensure timely completion to company standards and resident satisfaction.
• Inspect property grounds, buildings, and common areas for safety and cleanliness and identify maintenance needs.
• Assist with property emergencies (snow removal, weather events, fires, floods).
• Promote safety and risk management per local and company rules.
