Job summary

Asset Living seeks a Maintenance Technician to support property maintenance across communities. You will perform corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic tasks, and manage make-ready processes under supervision.

Regular on-site attendance is required. The role requires a High School diploma, basic computer skills, familiarity with Fair Housing Laws and OSHA standards, reliable transport for on-call emergencies, and a strong focus on safety and customer service.

Qualifications

• Must have strong customer service and communication skills.
• Basic computer skills for on-site software functions.
• Awareness of safety procedures and OSHA regulations required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in community maintenance and upkeep of common areas, buildings, and units.
• Respond to resident requests and work orders in a timely manner.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance and assist in make-ready processes.
