Job summary

Asset Living is hiring a Maintenance Technician to support maintenance operations across properties. You will perform preventive, routine, and cosmetic maintenance under supervision, handle make-ready tasks, and ensure safety and cleanliness of common areas.

The role requires on-site attendance, effective communication with residents, and adherence to company policies. Experience with maintenance tasks and basic computer skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders for community common areas, buildings, and units in a timely manner.
• Assist in routine maintenance tasks across the property and common areas.
• Conduct daily inspections of grounds and property features to identify hazards and address them.
• Support the maintenance supervisor with inventory, records, and make-ready tasks.
