Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support maintenance operations across its properties. You will perform routine, corrective, and cosmetic maintenance under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager, ensuring safety and quality in common areas and units.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use on-site software.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintenance of community properties, buildings and units.
• Attend on-site daily and respond to work orders promptly.
• Perform routine, corrective and preventive maintenance tasks.
• Assist in make-ready processes and ensure safety standards.
• Maintain the property exterior and common areas.
• Keep accurate records of service requests and maintenance activities.
