Job summary

JES Holdings, Fairway Management division, is seeking a maintenance professional to service over 250 apartment communities. You will perform repairs, unit turns, and preventive maintenance, ensuring safety and quality across properties.

The role requires punctual, proactive individuals with strong time management and a focus on resident satisfaction. Training in HUD/LIHTC standards is expected, with after-hours on-call availability.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of multifamily, commercial, or hotel maintenance experience.
• Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, basic HVAC, carpentry, appliance repair, painting, and building systems.
• Knowledge of REAC and INSPIRE inspection preparation.

Responsibilities

• Perform drywall repair, painting, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and general maintenance.
• Complete unit turns, work orders, and preventative maintenance.
• Travel for regional/corporate training as required.
• Respond to after-hours on-call requests and maintain safety records.
• Maintain curb appeal and coordinate with vendors for supplies.
