Job summary

JES Holdings' Fairway Management (Maryville Meadows) is seeking a Maintenance Tech II to uphold our apartment community. The role focuses on completing work orders, performing repairs across trades, and maintaining safety and curb appeal.

You will troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, and carpentry, participate in unit turns, and be available for after-hours on-call. The full-time schedule is 8am–5pm, Monday–Friday, with HUD/LIHTC training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or the equivalent.
• Experience: 3+ years in multifamily, commercial, or hotel maintenance.
• Must perform plumbing, electrical, basic HVAC, carpentry, appliance repair, painting, and building systems knowledge.
• Must have knowledge of REAC and INSPIRE inspection preparation.

Responsibilities

• Regularly troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, HVAC as part of completing unit turns, work orders, and preventative maintenance.
• Perform general repairs independently.
• Maintain exceptional curb appeal.
• Complete daily resident work orders.
• Be available for on call after hours.
• Must have applicable maintenance tools.
• Conduct unit make readies ensuring that they are completed in a timely manner.
• Preform quarterly preventative maintenance checks.
• Must be willing to assist neighboring properties in maintenance tasks.
• Must be able to pick up supplies from area vendors as needed while legally operating a registered and insured vehicle.
• Reports to Regional Manager and Maintenance Superintendent for all delegated tasks.
• Travel to, and participate in, both regional and corporate training and/or conferences as required.
