Job summary

Asset Living, Middleton, WI is seeking a Maintenance Technician to assist in corrective, preventive, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance. Under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager, you will support make-ready tasks and ensure maintenance goals align with property objectives.

This role requires a High School Diploma or Equivalent, basic computer skills, and knowledge of OSHA and Fair Housing laws.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders promptly.
