Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support on-site property maintenance, including corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic tasks. You will assist in make-ready and coordinate with the Maintenance Supervisor to uphold safety and quality standards.

Regular on-site attendance is required; experience with pool maintenance, grounds upkeep, and proper recordkeeping is preferred. OSHA and Fair Housing knowledge are expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Carry out maintenance activities including corrective, preventive, routine, emergency and cosmetic tasks.
• Assist with make-ready processes under supervision of Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.
• Respond to maintenance requests and ensure timely, quality repairs in common areas and units.
• Maintain safety standards and uphold OSHA guidelines.
• Keep accurate records of service requests, inspections and inventory.
