Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician at The Pointe at Elmwood to support maintenance across the property, including corrective, preventive, routine, emergency, and cosmetic tasks under supervision.

The role involves make-ready duties, responding to work orders, pool upkeep with chemical logs, and maintaining a safe, clean community. A high school diploma, basic computer skills, and OSHA/Fair Housing knowledge are desired.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders for community common areas, buildings, and units in a timely manner.
• Assist with maintenance/repair-related turn events and make-ready tasks.
• Perform swimming pool maintenance and cleaning and maintain chemical logs.
• Maintain preventative maintenance programs and ensure safety of common areas.
