Job summary

Asset Living is a fast-growing property management firm seeking a Maintenance Technician to support maintenance for a residential community. The role covers corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance under supervision to ensure property standards.

Responsibilities include responding to work orders, pool maintenance with logs, daily site inspections for hazards, and assisting with turn events while upholding safety practices.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Ability to understand and perform on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders in a timely manner.
• Perform swimming pool maintenance and maintain chemical logs.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and other community features daily to identify hazards.
• Maintain preventative maintenance program to extend the life of the community.
• Assist Maintenance Supervisor with safety programs and training.
• Participate in unit inspections and maintain records of service requests.
