Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform routine and emergency maintenance across a community. You will assist with make-ready tasks, pool maintenance, grounds upkeep, and safety compliance under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Basic computer skills necessary for on-site software functions.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident requests and work orders promptly for common areas, buildings, and units.
• Perform routine, preventative, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance as directed.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and chemical logs for pools and grounds.
• Ensure safety standards and OSHA guidelines are followed at all times.
• Support the Maintenance Supervisor with inventory, inspections, and make-ready tasks.
