Job summary

JES Holdings is seeking dynamic, punctual professionals for basic residential maintenance support, unit turns, and curb appeal. You will complete resident work orders, help with painting, carpet cleaning, and general upkeep, while staying available for after-hours on-call.

Responsibilities include coordinating with the Property Manager and traveling for regional training, with emphasis on HUD/LIHTC maintenance standards. Valid driving and maintenance tools are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or the equivalent.
• Entry level position with 0–2 years of basic maintenance experience.
• Experience in residential, multifamily, commercial, hotel maintenance, or related fields is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain exceptional curb appeal and perform daily resident work orders.
• Assist with unit turns, including painting, carpet cleaning, and general cleaning as needed.
• Be available for on-call after hours and travel for training when required.
• Use applicable maintenance tools and report health and safety concerns to the manager.
• Support neighboring properties in maintenance tasks and operate a registered, insured vehicle.
