Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Maintenance Technician for multifamily/commercial properties. You will assist with troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building systems while upholding safety and regulatory standards.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in a commercial setting, a high school diploma or GED, and basic computing skills. The role may require varied shifts and on-call duties based on priority needs.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of related experience in a commercial property setting.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Technical, vocational or on-the-job training in HVAC, electrical, mechanical, painting, plumbing, carpentry or engine repair.
• Possess and maintain a valid driver’s license with good driving record.
• Basic computing skills in Outlook, Excel & Word.

Aufgaben

• Troubleshoot and repair buildings and installed systems (packaging/handling machinery, plumbing, kitchen equipment, roofs, grounds equipment, HVAC).
• Clean, lubricate, and service pumps, valves, pneumatic, electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic devices.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Replace and repair finishes such as ceiling tiles, door hardware, wallpaper; paint walls, piping, floors and equipment.
• Respond to emergencies and customer service requests in a timely manner.
• Inspect buildings, grounds, and equipment for unsafe conditions and perform preventative maintenance.
• Maintain and operate fire and life safety systems as assigned.
• Operate building automation systems and related technology.
