Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support operations, diagnostics, and repairs on commercial properties. You will troubleshoot and service a range of building systems, perform routine maintenance, and respond to emergencies while following safety and company procedures.

The role requires hands-on work with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building finishes, and may include on-call duties. A valid driver’s license and basic computing skills are expected.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related experience in a commercial property setting.
• Technical, vocational or on-the-job training in HVAC, electrical, mechanical, process controls, painting, plumbing, carpentry or engine repair
• Possess and maintain a valid driver’s license (commercial license may be required) and good driving record with periodic checks
• Basic Computing Skills in Outlook, Excel & Word

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair buildings and installed systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and related equipment.
• Inspect, service, and maintain pumps, valves, pneumatic controls, electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic devices.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Replace and repair building finishes such as ceilings, doors, walls, and floors.
• Respond to emergencies and customer service requests as assigned.
• Maintain fire and life safety systems as assigned.
• Perform carpentry and snow removal when necessary.
