Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare make-ready apartments with painting, carpet repairs, cleaning, and general repairs.
• Respond to resident requests promptly with professional attitude.
• Maintain grounds, pools, common areas, and amenities.
• On-call for after-hours emergencies.
• Report maintenance concerns to supervisor.
• Perform scheduled maintenance and safety compliance.
• Deliver superior customer service and maintain professional appearance.
