Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support maintenance across our communities. You will perform corrective, preventive, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance under supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.

The role requires regular onsite attendance, responsiveness to resident requests, and basic computer skills. Candidates should have a high school diploma and knowledge of OSHA and Fair Housing laws; on-call duties may apply.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Regular/daily onsite attendance is required.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders for community common areas, buildings, and units in a timely manner.
• Perform maintenance, preventive, corrective, emergency, and cosmetic tasks as assigned.
• Assist with scheduling and execution of maintenance/repair-related turn events.
• Maintain the exterior of the community and ensure safe, clean common areas.
• Maintain accurate records of service requests, safety standards, and make-ready status.

Education

High School Diploma or Equivalent
