Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support maintenance operations across our community properties. You will perform corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance under supervision.

Responsibilities include on-site repairs, make-ready tasks, pool maintenance with chemical logs, safety compliance, inventory management, and documentation of service requests.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders in a timely manner.
• Perform maintenance, repair, and make-ready tasks across common areas and units.
• Maintain pool maintenance and chemical logs per regulatory requirements.
• Inspect property daily for safety hazards and address issues promptly.
• Assist in inventory management and documentation of service requests.
