Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to assist in the maintenance of the property, including corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic tasks under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.

Responsibilities include on-site attendance, responding to resident and management requests, pool maintenance with logs, daily inspections of grounds and buildings, and supporting safety programs.

Qualifications

• On-site software familiarity
• Basic math and measurement skills

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders in a timely manner
• Perform swimming pool maintenance and cleaning and maintain chemical logs
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and other community features daily
• Maintain preventative maintenance program
• Assist Maintenance Supervisor with safety and hazard communications
• Participate in unit inspections and make-ready tasks

Skills

Basic computer skills

Education

High School Diploma or Equivalent

Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements
