Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support maintenance operations at the assigned property, including routine, preventive, and cosmetic tasks under supervision. The role emphasizes safety, customer service to residents, and timely responses to work orders.

Key responsibilities include assisting with make-ready, pool and grounds upkeep, and maintaining logs and records while following Asset Living safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use on-site software.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and cosmetic maintenance under supervision.
• Respond to resident requests and work orders promptly for community areas and units.
• Maintain safety standards and OSHA guidelines while performing maintenance tasks.
• Assist in make-ready processes and maintenance scheduling.
• Keep accurate records of service requests and maintenance activities.
