Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support property maintenance across our communities. You will handle corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic tasks under supervision, maintain make-ready standards, and help ensure safety and quality in every area.

You’ll respond to work orders, inspect grounds and buildings daily, manage inventory, perform pool maintenance with chemical logs, and assist with on-call emergencies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders for maintenance tasks.
• Perform maintenance on community common areas and units as needed.
• Maintain preventative maintenance program and keep accurate records.
• Assist with pool maintenance and chemical logs.
• Assist in make-ready process and daily shop upkeep.
• Support on-call emergencies and safety compliance.
