Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our property operations team. The role supports corrective, preventive, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance under supervision, ensuring safety and quality across community spaces and units.

You will respond to resident requests, assist with make-ready tasks, perform pool maintenance, keep accurate logs, and help maintain a clean, well-kept environment while following OSHA guidelines and Fair Housing laws.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident requests and work orders promptly.
• Assist with the maintenance of community common areas and units.
• Perform swimming pool maintenance and maintain chemical logs.
• Maintain preventative maintenance program for the community.
• Assist with inventory of equipment and supplies and safety procedures.
