Job summary

Asset Living is a national property management firm seeking a Maintenance Technician to support maintenance operations across our communities. You will assist with corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.

Responsibilities include daily on-site attendance, responding to work orders, pool maintenance, safety/compliance with OSHA guidelines, and helping with make-ready tasks while keeping

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Basic computer skills are required to operate on-site software.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance of the property.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders promptly.
• Maintain pool and chemical logs, and ensure safety compliance.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and common areas for hazards and repairs.
• Assist with make-ready and turnover tasks as needed.
• Maintain maintenance shop safely and organized, adhering to OSHA guidelines.
• On-call emergency support as required.
