Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for multifamily properties in Baltimore, MD. You will supervise maintenance tasks, prepare apartments, and respond to resident service requests to ensure quality living experiences.

The role covers plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, and safety issues, with on-call duties as needed. A valid driver's license, EPA 608 Type II or CPO certification, and 3+ years of maintenance experience are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, Trade, Technical, or Vocational training.
• 3+ years of related maintenance experience.
• EPA 608 Type II certification or CPO required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, and safety issues.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain market-ready apartments and common areas.
• Respond to resident service requests in a timely manner.
• Perform maintenance across plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry and safety tasks.
• Schedule preventative maintenance and document activities.
• Provide customer service and uphold company safety policies.
