Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield seeks a Maintenance Supervisor for a multifamily property. You will ensure quality move-ins, resident satisfaction, and timely service, while handling a range of maintenance tasks from plumbing to carpentry.

The role requires 3+ years of related experience, EPA 608 Type II (or equivalent), and a valid driver's license. You will work on-site across the properties, with on-call duties and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• EPA 608 Type II or CPO or local city certificate required.
• 3+ years related maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of state, local, and federal housing laws and codes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare market-ready apartments, including painting, carpet cleaning/repair, and housekeeping.
• Respond to resident service requests promptly and professionally.
• Perform and document preventive maintenance.
• Maintain grounds, pools, common areas, and dog parks in clean, safe condition.
• Handle on-call emergency procedures as needed.
• Report budget-impacting maintenance issues to the manager.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and applicable codes.
• Attend required training programs.
