Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor, Multifamily, to oversee maintenance and deliver high-quality services to residents. You will respond to service requests, prepare apartments, and supervise safety and compliance across properties.

The role requires 3+ years in maintenance, EPA 608 Type II or CPO certification, and a valid driver’s license. On-site work with a team, travel between properties, and a focus on safety and resident satisfaction are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related maintenance experience.
• EPA 608 Type II or CPO certification.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Knowledge of building systems and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Prepares market-ready apartments with painting, cleaning, and repairs to ensure a quality product.
• Completes resident service requests in a timely manner.
• Maintains grounds, pools/hot tubs, common areas, and dog parks; reports safety issues.
• Assists with preventative maintenance and scheduling; documents activities.
