Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for a multifamily property in the Muirwood Village area. The role focuses on preparing market-ready apartments, handling resident service requests, and performing a broad range of maintenance tasks to ensure resident satisfaction and safety.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED, plus EPA 608 Type II or CPO certification and 3+ years of related experience. A valid driver’s license and on-call flexibility are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent required.
• EPA 608 Type II or CPO or local license required.
• 3+ years of related maintenance experience.
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Prepare market-ready apartments with painting, cleaning, and repairs.
• Respond to resident service requests promptly and professionally.
• Perform maintenance across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general areas.
• Maintain grounds, pools, and common areas; ensure safety standards.
• Follow safety policies and complete required training.
