Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for multifamily properties. You will prepare apartments, address resident service requests, and perform a range of maintenance tasks across plumbing, electrical, A/C, and carpentry while upholding safety and quality standards.

You will also maintain common areas, respond to emergencies, and ensure compliance with housing laws and company policies. This role requires flexibility and a customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related maintenance experience.
• EPA 608 – Minimum Type II, or CPO, or local city required certificate.

Responsibilities

• Prepare market-ready apartments, including painting, carpet cleaning/repair, and housekeeping.
• Complete resident service requests in a timely manner.
• Maintain knowledge of maintenance functions: plumbing, pool, A/C, heating, carpentry, electrical, painting, caulking, snow removal, life safety.
• Maintain grounds, pools, common areas, and dog parks; ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Perform on-call emergency procedures as required.
• Report maintenance issues affecting budget and assets to the manager.
• Schedule and perform preventative maintenance and document activities.
• Adhere to state/local/federal housing laws and Cushman & Wakefield policies.
• Attend training and represent the company professionally.
