Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for multifamily properties. The role focuses on preparing apartments, responding to service requests, and maintaining systems to ensure resident satisfaction and safety.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on maintenance expertise across plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, and safety, with a valid driver’s license and knowledge of housing laws and codes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of related maintenance experience preferred.
• EPA 608 Type II or CPO certification required per city/state rules.

Responsibilities

• Prepare market-ready apartments including basic repairs and cleaning.
• Respond to resident service requests promptly and professionally.
• Perform maintenance tasks across plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, painting and safety areas.
• Maintain grounds and common areas; handle on-call emergency procedures as needed.
• Follow state/local housing codes and Cushman & Wakefield safety policies.
