Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor, Multifamily, to ensure quality move-in, resident satisfaction, and timely service for our residents. This role responds to service requests and upholds superior customer service standards.

Responsibilities include preparing market-ready units, performing diverse maintenance tasks (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry), and maintaining grounds and common areas while adhering to safety and housing regulations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, Trade, Technical, or Vocational school.
• 3+ years of related experience.
• EPA 608 – Minimum Type II, or CPO, or local city required certificate.
• Must possess a valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Prepare market-ready apartments, including painting and cleaning to deliver a quality product.
• Respond to resident service requests with timely, high-quality service.
• Perform maintenance across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry and safety tasks.
• Maintain grounds, pools, common areas, and dog parks in clean, safe condition.
• Handle on-call emergencies as required and report budget-impact issues.
• Schedule preventative maintenance and stay updated on housing codes and safety policies.
